For any online store, payment terms must be established.

These conditions are established by your organization and must be accepted by the member upon registration.

Please note that they are not associated with a particular season and will remain unchanged from season to season unless modified.

However, make sure that their labels do not contain specific dates to avoid confusion.

## :spordle_page: Adding payment terms and conditions

 

 

Here are the steps to follow to add payment terms:

 

1. In your dashboard, click on the “Catalog” menu and select the “Terms & Conditions” option.

2. In the “Terms & Conditions” section, click the **+ Add** button.

3. Give your payment terms a title, write a description of them, and make sure the toggle button is selected (Active). You can add a link to the description to direct members to an email address or website.
4. When you are finished, click the **Save** button.
