It is up to the **coach** or **manager** to set up their team roster and determine their lineup in the Spordle Play platform. They must activate or deactivate certain players (including affiliated players), confirm or correct players' positions and numbers, and sign the game sheet.
Below you will find the steps to follow to carry out your coaching duties in the Spordle Play platform.

## :spordle_page: Access the lineup in the Spordle Play platform (via your Spordle account)
1. Enter the address [spordle.com](https://page.spordle.com/) in your browser's address bar, enter the email address associated with your Spordle account, and click **Login**.
2. Enter your password and click **Login** again.
3. To access the platform, locate the **Admin** section at the bottom of your homepage and click the **Manage** button in the **Spordle PLAY** tile.

## :spordle_page: Access the game sheet (via Spordle Page)
Here are the** 7** steps to follow to access the game sheet:
1. Enter the address [spordle.com](https://page.spordle.com/) in your browser's address bar and click the **Login **link in the top right of the homepage.
2. Enter the email address associated with your **Spordle account** and click **Login**.
3. Enter your password and click **Login **again.
4. Search for your organization in the search bar on the homepage.
> ℹ️ To make your search easier, you can use the filters that appear when you click in the search bar:
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ 1. the "Region" filter to narrow the search to organizations in your province;
> ℹ️ 2. the "Type" filter to limit your search to targeted organization types (e.g., league, tournament, association, etc.);
> ℹ️ 3. the "Sport" filter to only show leagues in the sport you are involved in.
5. Click your league when it appears in the results list.
6. In the schedule and results bar at the top of the page, find the match assigned to you and click on it.
> ℹ️ If the results bar does not appear or includes too many matches, you can narrow your search:
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ - click the **Schedule, Standings and Stats** button at the far right of the menu;
> ℹ️ - click the Schedule link for your category;
> ℹ️ - click in the calendar section, select a date option, then click **Apply**;
> ℹ️ - Scroll through the page or click **Next **until you find your match, then click on it.

7. On the match page, click the **Coach** button to access your lineup, under the "Game sheet" tab.

## :spordle_page: Select regular players
> ℹ️ - Please note that any changes made to the lineup or to the information for each player (jersey number, positions, etc.) will only apply to this match and this game sheet. If you need to make permanent changes to your team roster, please contact your association registrar.
> ℹ️ - Any suspended player must be included in your lineup. This is how the system will recognize that the player has served their suspension or part of their suspension.
To determine your lineup, individually check the boxes next to the players' names, or check the "Players" box to select all **regular players** on the list.

## :spordle_page: Select affiliated players
By checking the "Players" box, you will notice that only your regular players have a blue checked box next to them.
To add an affiliated player to your lineup, **only in the event of the absence of one of the players on your team roster,** please follow these steps:
1. Click the pencil icon next to the affiliated player's name in your lineup window.
2. In the form that appears, enter the player's jersey number, position, status, and suspension information.
3. Click **UPDATE**.

## :spordle_page: Select goaltenders
By checking the "Players" box, you will notice that the box next to your **regular goaltender**'s name is not automatically checked. If he is the starting goaltender, simply check his box.
To select an affiliated goaltender, please follow these steps:
1. Click the pencil icon next to the affiliated goaltender's name in your lineup window.
2. In the form that appears, enter the goaltender's jersey number, status, and suspension information. If he is the starting goaltender, check the "Starting goaltender" box.
3. Click **UPDATE**.

## :spordle_page: Select bench staff
To determine your bench staff, check the box next to the member's name, or check the "Bench staff" box to select all members on the list.

## :spordle_page: Save and approve the lineup
After determining your lineup, please follow these steps to save it:
1. In your lineup window, click **SAVE**, then click **SIGN** to confirm that your lineup is complete and compliant with regulations.
2. Provide your signature in the box provided for this purpose.
3. Click **SAVE**.
> ℹ️ To modify your signed lineup, click the "Match lineup" icon in your dashboard again, make the changes, and click SAVE.
